Automatical Response

 

When an operator accepts an chat request from a visitor, the operator can choose to activate an automatical response to start the chat. This function is quite helpful to save operator's time, and to give the visitor a good starting impression.

 

        This setting is only effective for a operator's interface, it doesn't affect global setting.

        To activate and edit your Automatical response.

 

        From a visitor's interface, we can see the automatical response from the operator.
